WYK community terms

Updated 22 October 2026 · WHO YOU KNOW community

WYK membership is free for this first community release and is available to people aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate account details and follow the community guidelines.

Member listings connect independent buyers and sellers. WYK does not process these purchases, inspect or guarantee listed items, or provide buyer protection for member transactions. Check the item, seller and payment arrangements carefully. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

The WYK Shop is a separate Shopify storefront. Its checkout, delivery, returns and purchase terms apply to shop orders. You do not need a WYK community account to browse the Shop.

You retain rights to your content and allow WYK to display it to the audience you share it with. Content may be removed and accounts suspended for abuse, unlawful content, fraud or breaches of our guidelines. You can report content in the app and delete your account in You.

The community is operated by 1YELIR LTD. For questions or appeals, email hello@whoyou-know.com.
